What We Offer
The Impact Platform aggregates impact funds and direct investments that are tailor made to the investors’ strategic and impact objectives. Akari Capital will support with sourcing global investment opportunities, perform a detialed impact and financial due diligence, and create a well diversified strategic impact portfolio to be monitored closely for strategic impact and financial returns achievement. This is suited for corporates looking for strategic investment opportunities for new technology and renewable energy acquisition to transition/GX their existing business, as well as institutional investors looking for a well diversified portfolio in genuine impact investing with risk appropriate financial returns which are generally too small as single tickets.
The Impact Advisory business looks to support sustainable and impact investors as well as ESG investors, such as climate and social funds as well as institutional, corporate and public/governments, to complement and act as a general sparring partner to the CSOs (fractional CSO service), reviewing and advancing investors’ climate and social strategy (sustainability strategy building), as well as supporting the operationalization of the climate and social strategy, including action plans and measurements (operationalizing impact practice).
